Campsite FAQs - What you need to know about booking Little Winnick

All our pitches are at least 8×8 metres.
Please make sure you book a pitch that fits your tent. If you’ve got a large tent, you’ll need to choose one of our premium pitches to ensure enough space.

Drive to the beach in a few minutes or a 30-minute level walk on the. Pentewan Valley Cycle Trail.

Little Winnick has direct access to the Pentewan Valley Cycle Trail. And our nearest dog-friendly beach is Carlyon Bay.

Our nearest pub is in Pentewan – which is a 30 minute walk away along the Pentewan trail. The Polgooth Inn is a short drive away, and a favourite with locals.

We permit a maximum of three dogs per pitch. All dogs must be kept on the lead at all times whilst on site and you must pick up your dog’s poo.

Dogs cannot be left in your unit unattended and are not permitted in any of our buildings including reception and the toilets. If you break these rules we will terminate your booking.

These rules are in place for the benefit of all campers.

Carlyon Bay is the closest dog-friendly beach.

Just a heads-up: Pentewan, our nearest beach, doesn’t allow dogs during the summer months.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Eden are both a short car journey away. Also discover iconic locations like Mevagissey, which is on our doorstep. Or Fowey, Padstow and Looe which are all easily accessible by car.

Please book your tickets for local attractions directly.

There is a bus stop right outside which goes to Mevagissey or up to St Austell.

Everyday 1-6pm. Unfortunately we cannot check you in earlier than 1pm. Early arrivals will be asked to wait in our early arrivals area until check in opens.
