Here we are the end of the 2016 season. Today is the very last day of our season, we are just waiting say good bye to the last of our guests then we will close the door (and gates) on 2016. What a year it has been, I will save the full year review for the next blog but rest assured it has been our best season to date with notification this week of another award (all will be revealed soon).
So, on the very last day of the 2016 season we would like to say a big thank you, to you, the guests who keep us going throughout the year, for the stories and entertainment you provide us with, the nuggets of random facts we gleam from so many of you, the laughs, the odd moan, mainly about the weather, (although this year Brexit provided an interesting topic of conversation), the bizarre and interesting requests and most importantly all your custom. Without you, we would not be here, thank you.
With a genuine tear in our eye we shut the gates and the winter works begin. As I always say at the end of each season, whilst we are desperate for a rest and some much needed family time after the ‘manic -ness’ of peak season, Little Winnick feels like a lost soul in the Winter waiting for its friends to return in the spring.
All that is left to say is that 2017 bookings are now OPEN, we will still be here beavering away so please do call us, email us or book online (available from Friday 7th). If we are not about please be assured we will get back to you as soon as we can.
