Little Winnick is a traditional touring, caravan and camping park welcoming caravans, tents and motorhomes on large, spacious pitches. You can choose from hard standing, grass with electric or grass without electric pitches.
Boasting a large amenities at the heart of the park, which include toilets, showers, a large undercover dishwashing area and a laundry you will not be disappointed at the high standards the family pride themselves on. In 2015 the facilities won Gold in ‘Loo of the Year’, followed by Platinum in 2018.
It is with regret, under Covid Restrictions we cannot allow visitors to site for any reason. Only those booked onto the pitch can be onsite.
Families are warmly welcomed to Little Winnick, we ourselves are nurturing a young family; you will find the little touches taken care of with a toy basket for you to borrow from and a full size bath for those all-important bedtime traditions of bath and cuddles. Whilst staying you can also enjoy the children’s play area, wild flower meadow, and borrow sports equipment and books from reception.
The shop will provide all the essentials including papers, bread, coffee and those extra special treats like marshmallows for toasting or fresh strawberries straight from the field.
Phone signal, tv signal and 3/4/5G is very poor, in fact it is safer to assume you will not have any. We have spent years apologising for this and spending lots of money trying to find a solution to it. However, we have decided no signal is in fact something we are proud of. We actively encourage people to disconnect, to remember what it is like to read a book, talk to people, meet your neighbours or just relax. Social media will await your return we are sure, the news, well in the current climate that is all pretty depressing and your emails will still be there after your holiday. The weather is not worth looking at, basically if it is sunny here stay here, it is it grey and damp here, head to the North coast – or look at our daily info board. In an emergancy (e.g illness, births etc you are most welcome to use our office phone for quick calls).
We do offer WiFi across the site at a charge. The Wifi offered is only for browsing wesbites, it is not for downloading and is very slow at busy periods. Guests are advised that the Park is within a Cornish Valley and phone, 3G, 4G, Sky and digital radio and television signals are not always available. All hardstanding pitches do have television aerial points, however we do not guarantee this works fully 100% of the time, this is a free add on as oppose to a payable extra and as such should be seen as a bonus, rather than a given.
We our a traditional site with traditional values and ask guests to respect our ‘peaceful by 10pm’ request so not to disturb others around you. We also ask all guests to arrive before 8pm or sunset which is ever first and to not depart before 7am, this is to ensure all guests enjoy their holidays and are not disturbed by others.
Award winning new toilets, showers, dishwashing and laundry
